How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via paypal. You can complete purchase via paypal using your credit/debit card.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All of our products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Kits are despatched as quickly as possible. Stitched items vary in timescales but please send us a message if it is unclear or if you need it by a particular date.
How is my order posted?
All orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st class postage signed for service. If you are local to Bury and wish to collect please let us know.
Large letter postage is £2.95
Small parcel postage is £4.95
International posting is available also available.
It is your responsibility to collect items from local sorting offices. If an item is returned to us due to it not being collected postage will be charged again to resend it.
Do you accept returns?
Refunds are available on all non-personalised items. Unless the item is faulty then the return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Proof of postage is recommended and can be obtained free of charge from the post office.
Original postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received back and the item is in re-saleable condition. If an item is not in its original condition/damaged or missing parts (not due to our error) then a partial refund will be given. Returns must be within 14 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Any order can be cancelled unless it has already been posted/made. Personalised items are non-refundable/cancellable unless faulty.
Can I sell items I make from the kits?
Sew your own kits are for personal use only. Selling items made from the kits or using my patterns to create your own products is strictly prohibited.
